The HKK Unshakeable Guarantee
At HKK Optics, we don’t just build sights; we build trust. We know that in critical situations, your equipment cannot fail. That is why we offer one of the most aggressive warranties in the industry, specifically designed to address the common failures of traditional holographic optics.
1. Lifetime Structural Warranty (Lens & Chassis)
We guarantee that your HKK optic will remain structurally sound for life. This part of the warranty is simple:

• Zero Delamination: If your lens ever peels, separates, or delaminates, we will replace it.
  
• Zero Structural Failure: If the glass cracks or the reticle sags under normal operational use, you are covered.
  
• Chassis Integrity: Our High-Strength aluminum housing is built to last. If it fails to protect the internal optics during standard duty use, we’ve got your back.
  

2. 10-Year Electronics Warranty
The internal circuitry and LED/Laser systems are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of manufacture. If the Tri-Fuel system or Shake Awake sensors fail due to a defect, we will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.
3. Fully Transferable
We stand behind the product, not just the original buyer. The HKK warranty stays with the optic. If you sell or trade your sight, the new owner enjoys the same peace of mind. No registration or receipt is required for structural claims—the serial number tells the story.
What is NOT Covered?
While we build our optics to be "tank-like," the warranty does not cover:

• Loss or theft.
  
• Intentional abuse or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance (scratches, rattles from extreme misuse).
  
• Unauthorized disassembly or "garage" repairs.
  
• Battery leakage (we recommend using high-quality 14500, AA, or AAA cells).
  

How to Start a Warranty Claim (RMA)
If your optic requires service, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email sales@hkkoptics.com with your serial number and a brief description/photo of the issue.
   
2. RMA Issuance: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
   
3. Fast Turnaround: We know you need your gear. We aim to inspect and resolve all warranty claims within 3-5 business days of receipt.
