Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at HKK Optics. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (USA): We primarily use UPS and FedEx for secure delivery.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at an additional cost).

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all holographic sight orders within the contiguous United States.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Signature Requirement (High-Value Packages)
To ensure the security of your purchase, all HKK Optics sight shipments require a signature upon delivery. This prevents "porch piracy" and ensures the product reaches your hands safely. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
5. International Shipping & Export Controls
HKK Optics complies with all U.S. export laws and regulations.

Restricted Items: Holographic sights and certain optical components may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

International Orders: We currently ship to select international destinations (e.g., Italy/European Union) through authorized partners.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: HKK Optics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
HKK Optics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, for security reasons, we recommend a physical street address for high-value optical equipment.
7. Damages
HKK Optics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the shipping carrier's tracking shows "Delivered."
- If you receive your order damaged (package is crushed or tampered with), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Please contact us at sales@hkkoptics.com immediately so we can assist you with the carrier claim process.
