Limited Quantities: Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

- To follow all firearm safety protocols. HKK Optics is not responsible for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification of our products.
SECTION 5 - EXPORT COMPLIANCE (ITAR/EAR)
You acknowledge that certain products, software, and technical data sold by HKK Optics are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the United States, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
- You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer these items to any foreign person or destination without first obtaining the necessary government authorization.
- Diversion contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall HKK Optics, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HKK Optics and our parent, subsidiaries, partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
