Thank you for choosing HKK Optics. We stand behind the quality of our holographic sights and are committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience with our products.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for any reason ("No-Questions-Asked" return).
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or experiencing technical issues, please follow these steps:

Contact Us First: Do not ship the item back without prior authorization. Email us at sales@hkkoptics.com with your order number and a brief description (plus photos/videos) of the issue.

Our Solution: Once the issue is confirmed, HKK Optics will ship a replacement unit or the necessary components within one (1) week.

Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the defective unit.
3. Satisfaction Returns (Non-Defective)
If you are returning a product because of a change of mind or personal preference, the following conditions must be met to qualify for a 100% refund:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be free of any signs of use, including but not limited to mounting marks on the rails, scratches on the lenses, or wear on the adjustment dials.

Resellable Status: The item must be in its original packaging and in a condition that allows for immediate resale as a new product.

Completeness: All original accessories, manuals, and batteries must be included in the return package.
4. The Return Process
To start a return for a non-defective item:
- Email sales@hkkoptics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
5. Inspection and Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, our technical team will inspect it to verify its condition.

Approval: If the item is confirmed to be in its original, unused, and resellable condition, we will approve your refund.

Issuance: A 100% refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Rejection: HKK Optics reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee if the item is returned in a used or damaged state that prevents it from being resold as new.
